What to know about Hemp Flower and their regulation

If you have ever been to the pharmacy or hospital, you would have come in contact with substances known as drugs. These substances exist in lotion, tablets, capsules, syrups and many other forms.  They are administered into the body through several pathways. These could be orally, topically, nasally and other means. Drugs are known to alter the physiological process of the human system.  They are usually administered to alter or change various functions in the body. Drugs such as cannabidiol, marijuana are known for their effects on the nervous system.  Cannabidiol or Hemp Flower are known for their ability to reduce pain and inflammation by interacting with the body’s nervous system. Other form of drugs such as Epsom salt are used as a laxative

Dugs can be divided into licit and illicit drugs based on their legal use. Licit drugs are drugs that are allowed by law.  They are usually approved for public use by relevant regulatory agencies. They also do not attract a law penalty on usage. Illicit drugs are drugs that are prohibited by law for public use and attract penalties.  These drugs are usually clamped down on by regulatory agencies.  Cocaine is a well-known example of a drug whose use is widely illegal.  A drug may be designated in-between illicit and licit drugs. CBD shops selling Hemp Flower are prohibited in some states in the US and in others are not.

Drugs are also be classified based on their prescription. They are divided into prescription drugs and non-prescription drugs. Prescription drugs are drugs that need the approval of a doctor, health or medical personnel to be sold over the counter or given to patients. Non Prescription drugs can be sold over the counter or given to patients without the need of a health or medical approval. Some drugs come in various forms or level of potency which may make regulation problematic. CBD or cannabidiol can be obtained from the public varying levels making it difficult for agencies to regulate Hemp Flower
