Present conditions

Andre Bouchard has been serving as the chancellor of the Delaware court since 2014 when the governor Jack Markell appointed him as the person to rule to court. His tenure will end by 2026. However, according to some reports, he seems to get relieved from the position by this year itself and go back to his family. He may have other personal reasons to get relieved. As a Spanish newspaper has published something fishy about him, an investigation is going on. However, he has decided not to file any more petition until the court decides something on this case. Membership

Andre Bouchard is a known membership holder in the state's bar association. After few days of his membership, he got the qualified member status and he started to perform actively in the association's activities. Through his actions and decisions, he is well-known and praised by the association members. He has also the experience of participating in the American college of trial lawyers. Likewise, all the positions he served have got to be white-collared and he did not miss his reputation until his practice as the chancellor of the Delaware court. 

Education

He is a law student who graduated from Harvard law school where he had the privilege of a prodigal student. Apart from this, he had graduated from the Boston University with the law as his major. Although he had been a great student of law, he used his social connections and networks to become influential in his field. However, the bachelor’s he did was the final attendance into a school after which he became an attorney. Due to his excellence in his practice, no one did follow the number of positions he held. Now, he is practicing as the chancellor of the Delaware court.

Brief of career

His first position has to be an attorney at Skadden ARPS Slate Meagher Flom LLP. There he was responsible for the proper management of the finances and disputes arising in the company. He worked in this position from Jan 1986 until the end of 1996. His excellence was helpful for the same company for about 14 years. Due to his extraordinary serving, he was promoted as a managing partner of Friedlander & Gorris PAduring the beginning of the 21st century. He served there until the end of 2014.
